Third Party Certification of Compliance with State and Federal regulations regarding Class I and Class II ozone depleting chemicals, volatile organic compounds and similarly regulated substances.
Consumer product and art materials labeling (state, USA/CDN and EEC) for art materials and consumer products. FHSA and LHAMA, ASTM certification, compliance with California Hazardous Substances Act (Health and Safety Code 28741.5) as well as state art labeling codes.
Document preparation and technical reports concerning chemicals, metals, plastics, and polymer additives and their major health implications for the general population as well as occupational environments.
 Scientific literature searches and summary evaluations of pertinent citations using in-house databases as well as university library resources (Harvard University, New York University) and national database services (NLM, CAS On-Line, Dialog, etc.).
 Hazard assessment and exposure assessment for complete environmental and occupational site risk assessment and evaluation.
 Pre-Manufacturing Notice (PMNs) Application as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). EPA Registration of new chemical substances (risk assessment, chemical process review, TSCA chemical inventory searches, both confidential and non-confidential inventory) and document submission.
 Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) preparation.
 Toxicity evaluation by in vivo and in vitro methods are applied for consumer products, industrial chemicals, and mixtures of environmental pollutants. Laboratory work is contracted internationally. Testing may include immediate and delayed toxic effects, reproductive and genetic effects, and evaluation of potential health risk.
 Training of workers or persons who may be occupationally or environmentally exposed to chemicals. Assistance is provided on a personalized basis to individuals to help judge the risks associated with their particular occupational environment and related industrial hygiene circumstance; consumers and public interest groups are also informed through public lectures and group presentations.
